Our excursion was cancelled. No opinion of the immediate port area

All the tours we really wanted were sold out, so we took what was left, the Panoramic drive through the North forest. It was beautiful and educational. The girl giving the descriptions was key to making the tour great. If you are prime to dizzying, get some Dramamine before taking this tour due to the winding roads through the mountains.

Very typical cruise port with the standard array of cruise tourist shopping.

Princess did not supply shuttles into town, which was disappointing. We went into Martinique on our own. We found out on our own that we could take a ferry over to a beach. The beach was very nice. I wish princess when we talked to the shore, excursion desk would’ve told us about the ferry. All of the princess excursions we were interested in were already booked, and I believe they had to cancel some of them because of choppy water conditions..

Arrived on a Sunday when shops are closed. Not much open close to ship. The excursion we wanted was closed to guests over 75, despite being physically fit. VERY disappointed
