Beautiful beaches. When one thinks of the white sand and turquoise water of the Caribbean, one sees Barbados. We booked a beach break, a perfect way to spend the morning. (Copied from my Ship Mate port review.)

We have been to Barbados before. I liked it better this time than last time. Poverty is quite plentiful. I don’t like that camouflage isn’t allowed there.

Swim with the turtles was fun, but we should of been notified that there would be no food for this all day event

We went to the Boatyard. A bit expensive but a great day out. No need to take water shoes and you get to snorkel over a shipwreck.

Luckily I read the brochure to learn wearing camouflage is against the law!! It rained while I was there but I still went to the beach. I just hired a taxi driver and he gave us a tour too which was nice. We went to Carlisle Bay beach. We paid to be taken out to the wreck and to see sea turtles. Honestly that was a huge waste of money because you can swim out to it.

Carlisle Bay was one of the best coral sand beaches I have visited.

Boatyard beach was fun - the island seemed very poor and not as lush as others.

Nice Beach excursion. Small outdoor restaurants and vendors at the beach that were pleasant, helpful, yet not harassing.
