The cruise to the beach with Steel Drum band was nice. Beach was quite desolate. They need to provide more inside seating as the ride is very windy and we had to stand.

I did not do an excursion. I was given an individual tour of this beautiful island by a Taxi driver recommended by a good friend so I felt safe. Will be visiting this port in 2019 and wanted to know if there is a beach within walking distance of the port, and if not what are the best beaches, or a resort for a day recommendations.

Beautiful port! We visited Brimstone Hill Fortress and Caribelle Batik at Romney Manor. Both were very interesting. We ended our vist at Shipwreck beach where we had lunch and soaked up some Caribbean sun.
