We took a taxi for $7 one way to the beach. It took about 30 minutes to get there. Beautiful views on our way there. The only problem was that they told us there will be plenty of chairs and umbrellas, but unfortunately if you don’t arrive early, you won’t find a nice spot. Super crowded and slow service if you are planning on eating there. The beach was just OK. Rocky at some spots and lots of algas. We’ll probably try something else if we ever go back to the island.

Best Island... tons of shopping and excursions. We did ATVs which was amazing. People holding monkies on island would rush you so take a quick picture.

Great morning at Clay Villa Plantation. Beautiful house and gardens and host full of great information and ditty’s. Beach for a couple of hours with sun beds right on the water. Drinks very reasonable but note that it is only the sunbed that is free, the umbrella costs $5 to hire. Overall really enjoyed the “Plantation and beach “ trip

Loved the shopping right at the port area. We did a tour of the area, but had plenty of time to shop beforehand.a wide assortment of souvenirs, and a craft mart (we didn't visit the craft mart)
