We really enjoyed princess cay on our last cruise. Very laid back. Bring water shoes as the water is rocky. Only thing I didnt like is your drink package doesn't work on the island considering it is a carnival owned island

We had a blast! We rented the floating chairs for $20 and spent the whole day floating! Lunch was good. I was extremely disappointed that our drink package was not usable though. Tenders were fast and very efficient.

Since Carnival cruise line owns this island, is the BBQ lunch and beach chairs free? Any water sports or gear available? How do you get the tender tickets?

I have a question not a review, there will be 15 of us, when going on the island is buffet included, I have read different comments about this. Thanks

Really nice place to visit. A few shops to see another than that we just did a lot of relaxing. I wouldn't mind seeing more of the island. We met a lifeguard Captain, Jimmy Wilson. We talked with him for a bit. Super guy, I love talking with locals and listening to the stories they have and learn about how they live.

Food Good, nice relaxing day to hang on provided loungers and take a dip in ocean. They had good music and life guards on duty.

It’s ok. Typical private island. Very rocky, take water shoes. Beach chairs are free. They have these little shade chair things. They are $30 for the day. Vendors are set up all over the island. You can also rent floats and such.

We did not do an excursion based on recommendations of others. We had a nice stay on the beach. Our Faster to the Fun finally paid off as we were some of the first to get off the ship, but only after a ridiculously long crowded wait. Our ship was unable to enjoy the full day because the ship had engine trouble cutting our port of call short by more than half a day. I wondered if some people even got off the boat in time for anything. The beaches were clean and we were lucky to have favorable weather.
