Please, MSC, keep the chill vibe. Don‘t turn it into an amusement park island.

Ocean Cay is absolutely beautiful!! It's huge!! Even being on a cruise, it wasn't crowded.

Ocean Cay was excellent! Beautiful beaches, clean setting. Thanks to all the staff who set up, served and then cleaned everything. They really worked together as a team and then returned to the ship to continue serving. They are very hard workers!

This place was beautiful and good if you want to relax or do ocean activities. Some of the staff seemed a bit annoyed at times. Also some people were complaining the food places were not open the first day on the island, but we didn’t even arrive until after 12:00 pm so we had lunch on board and I didn’t find it to be a big deal. The lagoon was good for swimming but beware of jellyfish, they seem to be heavily populated in that area. I would’ve liked to see more of the island but we were pretty tired by this point in our trip lol.

Awesome private island

MSC is still developing Ocean Cay. Could have used more chaise lounges at the first beach, but we choose South Beach and had to problem finding chaises and shade. Had to rent beach umbellas. That could be improved on. Like just have plenty already out and complimentary. Bars were busy and could have used another staff member or two.

Staff on the Ocean Cay island very disorganized and clueless. Asked a couple questions to several employees, got different answers from them all.

Beautiful place!! Wish the rental for umbrellas had two locations on the beach. Also wish the lighthouse show was longer than 5 minutes.
