We did it excursion with a cruise line, a snorkeling excursion, and we were made to stay in a little area with a lot of people booked… after that we wanted to go to a different area of the island and we weren’t allowed to because it was closed

Warning, be very careful when walking on the concrete sidewalks of the private island (Ocean Cay). Every few minutes you must jump out of the way of fast moving golf carts. It's very unnerving to keep looking over your shoulder as they run up on you fast.

This would have been an excellent repeated visit for me had the ship’s personnel upon returning to the ship been professional and courteous. I was harassed and humiliated repeatedly for bringing a seashell. I had done this in the past visit and didn’t know it was no longer allowed. I have glaucoma and very poor vision so was not aware of the change. All that was ok. What was not ok was the woman checking my bag making a spectacle and screaming and yelling at me. My guess is she wanted to use me as an example for others. I finally had to ask her if she was going to shoot me or throw me in jail to do it just to get her to stop the humiliation. Then she just laughed at me but kept up the humiliation. At that point I vowed never to cruise MSC again!

So grateful to MSC for transforming this industrial leftover to a Marine nursery and tourist Paradise.

Beautiful island, take a stroll on lighthouse side of island and see the ocean slam into rocky part of island.

Laid on beach here. We tryed to book paddle boards but they were all sold out online. Food was marginal. Hamburgers and fries is about the only thing they had.
