Yes. I always bring my own. I’ve seen families of sting rays over in the cove that is closest to the Spa on the island. You can also swim across the lagoon from South Beach to North Beach, and there are big rocks to swim near. I’ve seen schools of big silver fish there. Don’t expect any coral or anything colorful though. (Unless you take their MSC sponsored snorkel excursion)

Yes, I always have my own equipment, I however do not bring my fins because they weigh too much and I don't need them! I would not even think of using their rented equipment (gross)! I have seen the way they say they clean the snorkels - nope!
