Actually, there is no port. You have to be tendered. Some of the frustration is not knowing about having to make reservations to be tendered & to reserve snorkel gear. The snorkeling area is very large & yields much to explore. For me, the best activity. Being able to use your room card for food & drinks was very beneficial & appreciated.

Had my favorite day here! Spent a few hours at the beach, then swam with pigs! Absolutely loved the whole day. You will have to walk far too get a beach chair though or try to book one of the first tenders in the morning.

The bars here were very slow, the service did not even know the drinks on their 4 drink menus, the lines are long. There are NO shops, despite the signs advertising otherwise. There are swings that are nice for a picture, and the beach was fine but it is cold this time of yr (coming from a Floridian)

Bummer. Bad weather for the 3rd time. Gail force winds. Couldn't tender. Didn't get to go. But NCL finally gets it. They added activities and entertainment. We had a blast on the ship.

booked a clam shell on the beach. Perfect to get us out of the sun. The water was gorgeous and we truly enjoyed the NCL private island.

Very nice island, tendering was very difficult to get back as a storm rolled in and it was frightening- 2hrs to get in We ziplined and snorkeled that was nice!

didn't spend much time on island because of my injury but did take in lunch which was very good and fresh at the buffet area and we visited the straw market for souvenirs, they were definitely more pricey than other straw markets ie: selling shot glasses for $10 each, way to much, and I refused to pay that price but I did need something for granddaughter and over paid for a festive dress which she will love, if I didn't need it I would not have bought it because is was greatly overpriced

This excursion was a disappointment! If you were located at the far end of the beach you didn't have access to the "barbecue" and music without having to walk all the way back to the front of the entrance to the beach. The sand and water at the far end of the beach was not good at all! Lots of rocks in the water! Great Stirrup Cay needs a lot of work!!
