The Old City Market was a letdown. Our trolley tour was nice.

Small lovely town. Easy to walk around and take in some historical building on your own. Take the Hop on Hop off bus. You can sign-up in port easily. Takes you to all the major places to see in St John. If you time if right, you will see the Bay of Fundy where they have the highest and lowest tides in the world.

Took the pink hop-on-hop off bus....3 times. We were able to see the reversing falls in all 3 phases, from high tide...when the Bay of Fundy causes the river to flow backwards, to slack tide...the only time you can navigate that part of the river, to low tide...where the rapids are forcing the water back into the Bay of Fundy. Local guides on the buses were informative and funny. We also stopped and bowled a few games of "candlepins" at the local Bowl-a-rama.

Took a small photography tour to the reversing tides (they were roaring) and Bay of Fundy. Wasn’t quite low tide so the boats weren’t in the sand. Got some really good camera and iPhone tips for taking pictures.

Underrated small Canadian city. We loved the people and atmosphere.

Another old city. Walkable city but many steep hills.

Went to a new axe throwing venue. Super fun and Canadians are so gracious.
