Bus guide - Michael - was terrific. Learned a lot about Newfoundland's history & visited related sites. Would recommend.

Hiked the gorge, hike was awesome, gorge is really just views of the area.

Gros Morne Park tablelands discovery Center and walk

Shuttled into town, looked around. Not much to do. Should have gone on an excursion, not in port very long.

Outstanding. We took the Captains Cook trail ship excursion by bus. Highlights were the stop at the St James Church for homemade treats and goods, the waterfront stop at Lark harbour, the fishing docks, and the views from Captains Cook statue overlook for a beautiful view of our ship and the extraordinary paper mill.

Very nice port, people extremely friendly and reasonable pricing.

LOVED this! We took an ATV tour of Newfoundland and it was incredible. So amazing to see the forest and scenery.

Again, the ship offered shuttle buses to go into town. We just walked to town. Walked around the area, then into the city hall. It was open for all the visitors. We went up to the Green Roof of the city hall to have a better view of the city. We then went behind the city hall into the Stream Trail. It is a very nice walking trail into the wooded area. It is not obvious how to get in there. Just use Google Maps on the phone to locate the entrance, which was not marked.
