Whittier (Anchorage), Alaska Port Reviews

This is where we disembarked to begin our land tour so we didn't get to see much of Whittier.

There really is nothing in Whittier although we enjoyed Anchorage very much.

Nothing to see in Whittier.

All we did was get off the train and go to the ship so we really didn't see much.

Cold, rainy, and very windy.

I actually stayed another week in Alaska, with my cousin who was living in Wasilla at the time. Very pretty, but definitely the scenery was better that the big city of Houston.

Really just boarded ship in Whittier. Not much there. Train ride from Anchorage to Whittier was great.

Boarding at this terminal was super easy.

Visited animal sanctuary and ski resort

Anchorage is over an hour from the port, easy to get around the town of anchorage especially on the trolley.
