Beautiful city. Ship did not have enough space on tours or transfers to the airport. Airport wouldn't check you in until 2-3 hours before departure and there was very little sweating.

DO NOT visit Hastings Street in Chinatown. My husband was terrified. Otherwise, a beautiful city!

Plan a day or two pre or post cruise. It’s beautiful.

Disembarkation at 8:45 am. Stored luggage at terminal and walked to Gastown. Lunch at Steamworks Brewery, shopping, back for luggage and then to trail station for 25 minute ride to airport.

Self-guided, Stanley Park is huge and lovely. Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge is free and public transit is easy ($6 pp rt). The Amtrack Cascade train hugs the coast from Vancouver to Seattle, beautiful 4 hour one-way trip for $30 pp.
