I loved having this overnight port again. We didn't enter as early as last Easter (last year 5pm, this year 8pm) so we booked an early dinner onboard and finished just in time to go up to the Laser Tag deck and see the Lion's Gate Bridge. Wow! It's crazy how close the top of the ship was to the bridge -- only a 20 or 30 foot clearance!! It was impressive and it was cool to be up on top with hundreds of other passengers wanting to see together. We got off the ship around 9pm, walked a few blocks down the street to Gastown to see the clock. Looked in some shop windows, since most things were closed by that time. Called an Uber to go to Davie Street, a.k.a. the Gayborhood. Since the ship was docked overnight, we had no curfew! We wandered into 4 or 5 different gay bars on Davie Street, each one a bit different from the next. We had a couple rounds at the Pumpjack Pub. Bar patrons were friendly and we struck up conversation with a guy from Toronto and his lesbian cousin who was a Vancouver local. Fun! Nearby, Junction was having a very unique drag show which we weren't interested in, so we just stayed in the front bar area not the show/dancefloor area. Easy to call an Uber to ride back to the port, about 1:30am. I wish more itineraries had overnight port stops like this!! The reason this happens is because the Bliss is SO big, it can only fit under the bridge at the lowest of low tide...so once it's in, it's in, until the next low-low tide happens 25 hours later. Cheers to science!

No tour. Just walked on our own to Tim Hortons and Granville Island. Really enjoyed the sail in and Vancouver. Beautiful city.

This was our end stop and it was nice but the cruise ship didn't offer much excursions and what they did in may stops the best ones sold out quick as we never even got to use our $50 credit per port as not enough good excursions.

Arrived 2 days prior to cruise. This was always a "must visit" place. Didn't care for the city itself. Found it to be dirty. Make sure to watch where you walk/step. Overabundance of homelessness on and high drug use (not just marijuana). Was mostly comfortable walking around in daylight hours with our group. Wouldn't have ventured out in the dark.
