We didn't get to see the Town.

There was practically zero protection from the elements from our Grandview Train dock as we were boarding the ship and it was pouring rain.

Not much to see or do

No excursion

The town has a free shuttle to get around, which is very nice. We visited the Alaska Sealife Center, which was fun. Again we really enjoyed the train ride down from Anchorage, and would highly recommend that when transferring to/from. We were able to check our luggage all the way through, which was awesome.

There is nothing there and transportation back to Anchorage is scarce

Dock workers slow and delayed ship leaving by over two hours. Exit glacier is nice.

Seasickness hampered my view.

We did the Kenai Wildlife Excursion and Airport drop off. The conservation center was not what we expected but was ok. Nice to be dropped off right where we needed to be.

All we did here was disembark. Seamless exit although we were 2 hours late due to ship breaking down.
