Very little to see here if you're not doing an excursion other than riding the mountaintop gondola (if you're docked at Wilderness Landing). That's what I did, but it was perfectly fine for me because it was a pretty neat ride to the summit, and the views were spectacular! There's also a free tram ride down the other side of the mountain to the area near the other cruise ship dock, so at least there's a little more for you to see if you're not doing an excursion.

Zip line has a 1300+ foot run and looks to be an incredible adrenaline rush, book it early, we waited too long and missed it.

Sky tram and forest walk and the tram to Hoonah. Hoonah was disappointing....

This by far was my favorite port. I did not take an excursion so I could talk to the people of Hoonah. When I was growing up in Alaska it was not named Icey Straight points. It was referred to as Hoonah. We went into the town and walked around, talk to people. Lot of people who live there. I met this very nice gentleman who explained to me the totem pole. He had just started creating. The weather was absolutely beautiful. The scenery was beautiful. I don't know how anybody could dislike this port.

This stop was adequate. It’s nicely built up for cruise stops, but would have much preferred Skagway. The excursion, Wilderness Forest was nice once it started. It was at least one hour behind schedule and overpriced.
