If you like rigorous activities while going to Alaska, maybe that's good for you.

Boring long day, only highlight was the Tlingt cultural center but this was 45 minute presentation tops. Should have purchased a whale watch tour. I heard it's the best there.

Basically a Norwegian owned area with shipping and a bar and a few restaurants

12 HOURS for this location??? It was very beautiful, but ridiculous to spend that length of time when 3-4 hours would have been PLENTY. Then to find out that Norwegian bought the place, kind of pissed me off.

Small quaint stop. We did the worlds longest zip line. So much fun. And the bar and grill at the bottom was good

Really not a lot to do there and we were there all day. Waiting areas at the top of the gondola were not comfortable. Should have added heaters as it was rainy, wet and cold. Zip line was delayed an hour due to wind and waiting was miserable in the little shelter. Felt like a wasted day as there was so little to do at this port.

Not much to do there, only shops open. Looks like it is only there for tourists to spend money. No local culture.

Very small and not much to do and very little time spent there.

Amazing day out and about looking for Wales. We saw two breaching whales, whales slapping their tail on the water numerous times, and a couple sea lions.

The scenery is lovely, but this is clearly a theme park stop for Norwegian. Local tribe negotiated to have a few "attractions" installed at the location to keep people busy, however if they fill up there is very little to do. Our Skagway port visit got cancelled along with the iconic train ride we had booked so we could visit this boring port. On top of it all, the ship spent all day here and closed many ship entertainment venues during it. BOO!
