Walked around a bit, not a lot to see at this port.

Mildly commercial. However, not too pushy!

I Loved this port. I was able to see a lot of wildlife here and there were so many things to do. The whole environment was very peaceful.

We os whale watching and it was the best experience of the whole cruise for me.

Took a gondola but not much there to do.

I love this port. Even though it was built specifically for tourist, the Island itself and the Cannery and the town of Hoonah are authentic Alaska. We took the Open air Mountain Tram excursion. Riding the Gondola to the top of the mountain was the best thing about the excursion. Riding the tram thru the mountain forest for about 3 miles ……….. not much to see. Don’t recommend

The worst. It's got very little to do, and it's not a real town. Hated this port

This excursion (not thru Norwegian) was also a major highlight. So many Humpbacks and Orcas up close and personal! Our boat had underwater sonar, so we could hear the whales communicating. This was my husband's favorite tour. Watched many, many humpbacks as the Bliss departed the area.

Need a tower on top of the mountain to see over the trees for a 360º view! Also, get rid of the walk to a small pond... dumb!
