We arrived at entrance and WATCHED 2 SHIPS GO IN AND CLOSE - Just like OUR SHIP WAS SUPPOISE TO DO.... But then we turned a 1/2 turn and began to SAIL AWAY.... Again when we asked Guest Services what happened.... No EXCUSE! NO HELP! NO CREDITS! NO APOLOGY!!! We bought a cruise for such reasons but didnt get what we paid for! EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING !!!!!!!!! I FELT CHEATED

It was very foggy the day we arrived so we saw nothing.

Breath taking. Best pictures were from our balcony. We saw chubby seals laying on one of the ice floes as passed by.

This was due to the bad weather. We didn't get to see the glacier and the excursion we wanted to book was sold out months before the cruise.
