Fun cruise
Overall great cruise. The ship is older so there isn’t as much to do like in the new ships. The crew were friendly and everything was clean. The food was excellent.

Amazing cruise! I will do it again! The only thing I will do different is planning an excursion at the Ocho Rios port and spend the day on the water in Cozumel! The Carnival staff are all amazing especially cruise director, Matt Mitcham.

Amazing cruise! I will do it again! The only thing I will do different is planning an excursion at the Ocho Rios port and spend the day on the water in Cozumel! The Carnival staff are all amazing especially cruise director, Matt Mitcham.

Cruise tips
Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida
Easy in and out of port.
Cozumel port is clean and easy to walk around. There are several spots to book excursions if you didn’t book through the ship.
Lots of shopping and the people were friendly.
We did an all inclusive excursion to XPlore Park at this port. We had to take a ferry to the inland then a bus ride to the park, everyone involved was extremely efficient and professional. I would recommend it to anyone.
We took a local taxi to a public beach just a few miles down from the port, it only cost $4.00 per person. Taxi driver was nice and professional and the beach was nice and clean with a restaurant. The restaurant was a little slow and the food was expensive. Next time I would probably do an excursion or just stay on the ship.
We did the swim with stingrays and turtles excursion. The stingrays were the best!
Loved this port. A lot to do if you don't have an excursion planned and everyone was nice. Next time I do plan on doing an excursion because there isn't a public beach nearby and the waters are beautiful so I want to spend the day on the water.

Take advantage of all the onboard activities especially any shows that the cruise director is involved with! You won't regret it!
