Had a fun time with friends
Good cruise with a couple of first timers. Enjoyed the food and drinks onboard, service was mostly good to great. Ladies enjoyed their massages at the spa, using up our onboard credit 😄

An older ship showing age in some spots but service and food has been wonderful. Rooms need a refresh, furnishings are worn.
Much more variety on the evening buffet compared to the Carnival Liberty we were on a few months ago. Better lunch dining choices on the Liberty, however (Guy's, Blue Iguana).
For children, which we did not travel with, the arcade has about 4 games in it. Not sure how the kids club rates. No mini golf, small sports court.
Variety of bars is good and drinks are tasty, just remember to request a specific liquor (a Pina Colada with Malibu rather than just a Pina Colada). Haven't taken in any of the entertainment, other than a couple of the singers/musicians in the lounges, which were enjoyable.
August 2018 - 4 Night Bahamas (Port Canaveral Roundtrip) Cruise on Carnival Liberty
Overall, was very pleased with our cruise. Ship was in good repair, no issues with our cabin. Could have used more shade around the pool areas.
Faster to the fun was definitely worth it for the early access to the cabin, priority tender to Princess Cay and disembarking.
Loved the variety of eateries at lunch, wish more would have been open at dinner. Buffet at dinner very limited in my opinion, not what I'm used to when comparing to Celebrity or Royal Caribbean.
We would cruise this ship again.

Cruise tips
Walked to the main port area from the southern port - it is a long walk. Took a taxi back.
Had a lot of fun just walking from bar to bar.
Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)
Plenty of beach, though a bit rocky to enter the water in spots. Shopping not bad. Shady loungers can be found early on. Towels were available on island and had to be returned on island.
