Coral Princess
Sail date: July 23, 2016
The scenery was Majestic, first time traveling on Princess everything was above and beyond our expectation. Will definitely cruise Princess again. Would return to Alaska if there were not many other places we want to visit.
Loved this port, went to Hobiton one day and spent one day walking and at the beach
Fun went to Christchurch, punting on Avon River and Gondola
Port can be skipped, we did a hop on hop off (new one red open top bus) and the entire we were harassed by the driver for not getting off at stops. No one wanted to as we would have to wait 30-40 minutes for the next bus if there were seats avail. We finally dd get off a couple stops earlier than we planned and walked as we got tired of his attitude
Wish we would have had 2 days here and skipped Aukland, took fast ferry to Russell fun little island then walked around before heading back to the ship
We got off the ship for a two day excursion to Queenstown, a awesome trip, just a lot of time spent on a bus as we met back up with the ship in Dunedin

Enjoy and have fun

Make sure you do the 14 day Cruise and Connoisseur Escorted Land Package you will not have to think of a thing. Our Tour Director Randy Shinn was the best.
