December 2014 - 7 Night Western Caribbean (Tampa Roundtrip) Cruise on Norwegian Sun

Misleading coupled with the worst customer service I've ever experienced

 

We booked an Aft facing mini-suit on the Sun for the week after Christmas.  Based upon the pictures provided online, the room would be adequate for the 4 of us (two kids, ages 6 & 8) and even provided a curtain between the sleeping areas for some privacy (a nice upgrade over the standard balcony room).    Upon entering our "suite" the room was NOTHING like the pictures.  The beds were so close together you had to turn sideways to walk between them.  There was no privacy curtain and the coffee table had to be placed OUTSIDE on the balcony by our cabin steward every night so the boys bed could be unfolded.  I asked guest services to move our cabin and was told the ship was full (which is understandable).  I asked for a refund and my family and I would just leave the ship (we hadn't yet left Tampa).  I was told I could leave, but no refund would be given.  I called and ask that they help - they couldn't get anywhere either.  After the cruise, I've emailed and called NCL.  I've taken to reviews, twitter, etc to voice how unhappy I am with them.  I've emailed them pictures showing the discrepancy in what I was sold vs. what I was given.  After a week of this, I still have yet to hear from anyone at NCL even apologizing much less attempting to resolve their lies and misleading advertising.  Oh, and this is my third cruise with them and I'm a latitudes member - imagine how they treat a first time cruiser!  AVOID NCL.  THEY ARE TERRIBLE
