Helpful VotesRetired Golden Oldie finally getting to travel. First cruise was on a wonderful garbage scow cruising out of Savannah, GA. in 1999. We got stuck on a sandbar and missed Key West, had terrible storm that threw us out of bed, Crew member got deathly ill and had to be airlifted off the ship, the doors were the old doors with rounded edges and most everything was olive drab. The only thing on deck was a donut machine in the mornings. We went to Gatun Lake on the Panama Canal and it was a 12 night trip. I had never been on a ship before and thought it was glorious. I can't even find the ship listed. Guess they sank it...:)

Always enjoy Cozumel. I do book my own excursion to the beach.
No excursion. Long walk from dock. Food pricey. I’m 75 so not many excursions interest me.
