Majesty of the Seas
Sail date: February 08, 2016
We have cruised 8 times, 3 RC, 3 NCL,2 Carnival. RC is basically now off our list due to the food quality, portion size and dinning room service. We were not the only customers with the same review. sorry, we have given RC three chances and three strikes your out. We also had bad weather which we understand is out of your control, but your plan B? you have over 3,000 people on board, you need a solid plane B. Opening and extending your art and "flea market" sales is not a good plan B. Lots of people just walking around with nothing to do. Our cabin attendant was the "WOW" employee of the trip. Very good service and very informative of what was going on and very helpful. The on-off process was very efficient and pleasant. overall not a great experience.
Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)
This stop is the entire reason why we booked this cruise. The island is great, we could stay there for the full trip!
Been to Nassau several times, always a little ruff around the edges. They fix one area and let the others they fixed fall apart.
Majesty of the Seas
Food portions and quality needs to be upgraded. We are older cruise customers, we remember when the cruise was all about service and quality. As the years have gone by the price is low and we all know you get what you pay for, but a cruise should not become a low budget vacation.
