Just an enjoyable 9 days , a very nice getting away from the weather here.
Don't recommend Best of Tortola shore excursion.

good beach and shopping
Nice free tram ride passing many interesting places. Can get on/off at your leisure
from undocking until going under Verrazano-Narrows Bridge
