Regardless of staff, it would be a smaller ship ( think CCL HOLIDAY ). Waiter with asst waiter. Chilled fruit soups and the baked Alaska dance. I would bring back skeet shooting, midnight buffet, and chocolate buffet. Also Andes chocolate on pillows at night. Maybe a real formal nite, with tux rental available.

The J'em Hadar are enjoying a fun meal on the crew you provided. On behalf of the Founders, this Weyoun would like to express my appreciation. (We''re all going to be given a time out here...cruising involves ships at sea, not deep space...although i can get the connection!)

I'd dispute your choice for chief engineer.

Jordi Laforge (Levar Burton) would be my pick. More knowledgeable (IMO), and very cool eyewear. Perfect for the Caribbean sun.
