Would one bad ship stop you from using that cruise line?

Would one bad experience on a cruise ship keep you from using that cruise lines? Not all cruise ships are managed the same. (Let's not forget that humans are in control of it.) So what are your thoughts about this? Not all cruise ships are created equal...

In general, no. But if the customer service was really bad, well yeah, I might be discouraged from cruising with them again. Unless a group I was with was using them.
