What is fun to do for someone with disabilities and needs a wheelchair

If your daughter is young my suggestion would be the Aquarium and the Audubon zoo, possibly a stop between at the Mardi Gras World.
If she's a tween or teen, a day tour of the area around Jackson square including the blocks from Bourbon street to riverwalk.
If she's old enough and this is not a surprise trip I would involve her in the planning asking her what she thinks she wants to see in NOLA.
