What happened to my shipmate points?!

Hello,
We had investigated user reports earlier this year that they weren't always achieving the new levels when they hit the points level associated with a badge. We discovered the points being displayed to users were from the old points program and not the current one.
The old points program earned different amounts of points than the current program and also awarded points for actions the current program does not.
We are now correctly displaying the points from the current program for all activities that qualified since the current program was implemented in 2017. You can find the points earning activities at: https://cruiseline.com/community/cruiselinecrew

Wow .. I see what you mean .. I went from 4500 to 1300 ... ah well ....

If your situation is like mine was, then they have made the current way to accumulate points retroactive. You keep your contributor level but the points changed. I went from over 10,000 to about 4,000...I feel your pain.
