UNDER NORMAL CIRCUNSTANCES, I'D RECOMMEND THIS ALASKA TOUR. NOT NOW..

Did this excursion a few times..Loved it. Got to see a whole bunch of a small portion of the interior, without hiring a plane. Worth every $$...you can ride between the cars and take 1000's of pics if you like, grander than the glaciers on the inside passage (or whats left of them I should say). ...but...at one point, you're in Canada...so for the 20 miles you can now ride, they can keep it. Not that we're going up there anymore, but caveat emptor.

NAH I used to think that..just ask ABLEMAN,,,conspiracy theorist par excellance...then, I came to the conclusion it was operator error...how I have no idea...Mebbe by next year our neighbors in the "true north" will adjust these requirements. Have never done the "other tour" they're talking about, but I CAN tell you that almost whatever you see in Alaskas interior is worth the price.
