Summer vs Spring

Since most of us can't cruise just yet, what is one thing that you look forward to this spring or summer? What do you think is a better season?

Your thoughts are really interesting to hear. I love summer here, not too hot at all.

We enjoy Spring, it's the start of our race season, and the temperatures are not Africa hot and meltingly humid just yet.

We now have a kid in school, so we have to be one of those dreaded families that can only cruise in the summertime. Big Smile My husband refuses to let him miss a week of school for a vacation.

If possible we would cruise any time of the year.

Living in Los Angeles I more look forward to Spring, enjoy the weather and outdoor activities before it gets to hot with LA summers. Being able to not have the noise from the heater or the A/C running is so nice. I'll do more road trips in spring weather and not in the high summer season with all the kids out of school.

Emotionally, for me, just being able to hug my niece and nephew now that I'm fully vaccinated. I'm a frontliner for this pandemic and haven't hugged either in almost a year! For my niece, I'm looking forward to the day when we can finally tell her we're taking her on a cruise in November! It will either be on Easter or we'll tell her for her birthday.

Hoping that we will have the Colorado Renaissance Festival this Summer, I look forward to reprising my role as the Duchess of Norfolk. So Summer has a special place because of that. However, as a season, I prefer spring. I enjoy watching all the trees and flowers returning to life after a cold Winter. For cruising, I prefer Autumn and Winter to get away from the Colorado snow.
