PLEASE HELP ALASKA EXCURSIONS

Hello All, I’m on NCL Bliss on June 4th for my first Alaska cruise. NCL excursions are so pricey that I need help trying decide where to focus my money. Are there any areas that are easy to access on your own where I can tour locally and experience the cultural? I will be sailing the inside passage from Seattle.

Ports of call: Sitka, Juneau, Dawes Glacier, Icy Strait Point, Ketchikan, and Victoria Canada.

Thanks for your assistance.

Thank you so much. This was very helpful.

We book our excursions via the Shipmate app which is Shore Excursion Group. Here is the link https://www.shoreexcursionsgroup.com/?click=40821. In Juneau the whale watching trip is fantastic! Sitka is walkable and unless something catches your eye as far as a tour, then just walk around the town. Ketchikan is great for flightseeing and glaciers - def recommend a tour and splurge for a good one, you won't be disappointed. Victoria is lovely and easy cab ride from the ship to the Empress Hotel and then walk around from there; Buchart Gardens is nice if it's open when your ship is in.
