Usually when we cruise, on port days we go to all inclusive beaches like Mr. Sanchos and Paradise Beach. Are there places like that in the following ports? If yes, what do you recommend?

Never used them, but they list all inclusive packages.

Amber Cove is Carnival's private island, so it basically is an all-inclusive (minus the drink package.
No idea about the other ports.
