Jamestown has replica ships that sailed across the Atlantic (bunks to fit five feet tall sailors). Yorktown where Gen. George Washington helped the Colonies form independence. Williamsburg - the taverns, the historic buildings, historic walkways and peanuts with ale to satisfy your desires. The Colonial Parkway connecting the three cities. I love(d) this area. Especially at Christmastime with the Grand Illumination.
