Luggage storage

How many of you use luggage storage before and after cruises from Miami and F.L?

Arriving 6.40 AM on the morning of the cruise and depart 9PM after our cruise.
Don't want to drag our luggage around the whole day in Miami.

Any suggestions on services to use?

Most of the options is luggage storage were i need to transport myself and the bags to a location.

If there was a service for drop-off/pick up of luggage at the port, would you use it?

The service will collect you luggage at the airport, hotel or other and deliver it to the terminal at the port were you can collect it. And after a cruise you can drop-off the luggage at the port and pick it up at your hotel, the airport or where you want to collect it.

So you can use your time before/after a cruise without your luggage.

Didn't ever think to try it. I did use something similar when I staying in Downtown Los Angeles about 20 years ago. I used it for a week with no problems.

I've heard of resorts, I believe, that can hold your luggage if you need them to, but I could be wrong.

Most of the time we stay at a hotel the night before. We ship our luggage, via Fedex Ground to the hotel. When we leave, we ship it again by going to the hotel OR the local Fedex Office or station. You used to be able tojust pay and ship, but now an account number is needed. Just a thought. Hope it helps.

Good question that often arises. Good answer, ableman! Following to see if there are any other answers.

Good to know. Helpful advice.

I used this resource. Worked out ok except for the traveling between terminals.
