It has been 4 years since I have cruised on Carnival. Back then if you purchased liquor ashore or on board, you were to pick it up at a designated location on the ship on the morning of debarkation day. Is this still the policy? I checked the Carnival FAQ section and there is nothing there to answer my question. Anyone know the answer?

Also, if you buy it the last evening, you just take it to your cabin. Note to any B2B, if you buy it on the first leg of the cruise in a port of call, you don’t get it until the end of the second leg.
Thanks for that piece of info.

Yes, this is policy. The only change is they deliver your bottles to your cabin the last night of the cruise. You don't have to pick them up. Happy sailing!
