I am going to book a cruise today but i am hoping someone can answer a few questions, i am leaving for work soon so I cant call carnival till tonight and i fingers crossed someone would be able assist me before. So i am booking for myself and three adult daughters. all three live at a diffrent address from their drivers licenses and one will be moving to another state before the cruise. none have a passport and i do not know if they plan to get one or not so in the situation where they do not. if i book today do their current address need to match what shows on ID? and what about if one moves from a current addresss before a cruise?

Not a copy of the birth certificate. It MUST have a seal!
its not a big deal at this point in the time line. its just a reservation at this time. like others have said if no passport they need a birth certificate
Depending on the destinations, Passports may be required.
Present turn-around for Passports are around 3.5-4 months. It is possible to pay more for expedited processing,
If they dont have passports you'll need Birth certificates as proof. DL will just be used as photo ID
