Homemade Wine

A few weeks ago I asked here about taking a bottle of home-made mead (wine made from honey) on board in accordance with Carnivals 1 bottle per person rule.

Although nobody had any experience with doing this, many suggested I ask John Heald.

Off a whim, I posted to his facebook page asking. Within 5 minutes, he posted that as long as it is wine, it should be allowed on board. (I specified that it was bottled, corked, unlabeled and untaxed).

Posted here in case there are any other vintners hereHappy

(In case there are any smugglers reading this, please don't abuse this and get my wine seized)Angry
