Galveston to get a 4th Carnival Ship!

I am stoked that we are getting a 4th ship here in Galveston. I just love that we will have more options now.

AGREED...we like NO for the same reason,,,,cruised out of Seattle couple of times, and NY once...grumpy Yankees....heheheheheh...and yes, I am one, but I saw the light and voted with my feet....

Galveston is easy to overlook as a cruise terminal, however there is a hidden bonus there: Most of the patrons departing from Galveston are from the Midwest, and about as friendly as folks anywhere. We like that!

Well.....you peeps sure caused a to-do around here. We booked the RADIANCE for the partial transit 11/26/21...That's a 9 day affair, and we snagged the last PREMIUM VISTA CORNER BALCONY aft on deck 7...It was a bargain...Most of the ship appears to be sold out already,..So we figured it was meant to be. After spending an hour online and 4 arguments later…looks like we'll be spending THANKSGIVING DAY 2021 on the road and in a Galveston Motel....DWALKER...its all your fault!!!!! where do I send the bill??? heheheheeheheh

It really is. John Held told us on our July cruise that Galveston is becoming one of their best ports, adding another ship was a brilliant idea. It will for sure help keep it busy year round!

Galveston is doing well.

I heard this today too. Pretty exciting.

I wish we could use our FFC on a cruise in 2021 so we could check out those deals, but we have to book and sail by Dec 2020. I'll just have to start saving for 2021 now! LOL

Thanks for that...saved the article...we cruise out of Galveston occasionally...have one booked on Vista in 2021...all this cones to pass, looks like we'll be there a lot more often. Especially interested in those 9 day affairs, and the partial transit....got some research to do looks like...thanks again!!!
