Just wondering if anyone has used Holland Americas Luggage Direct service and whether or not you have experienced any problems like lost luggage. Going on my first cruise and thinking about using this service on our return.

Although we have never used this service., HAL does ship our luggage ahead of time on World or Grand cruises and we have never had lost luggage. You can take out insurance but we don't bother.
