Almost!

What could have been. My last cruise I was part of a group from all over the USA, and some from other Countries. About 120 of us. I met this one beautiful Lady after she made contact with me on day two of the 10-day cruise. We had a couple nice days together dining and going to the shows, drinks, nice conversation. THEN, one night at dinner (random table of eight) another guy in our group -- turns out he lived two miles away from this Special Lady. They were both California, same Country, same City, same neighborhood. I was in New York - 3,000 miles away. Once he knew where she lived, he could NOT be separated from her. Every time I saw her, he was within 20 feet (or closer). I still have the pleasant memories of my times spent with her, and her Mother. LOL- her Mother and I each had a nice conversation while waiting for debarkation in the theater (as the other two were off somewhere together). I think her Mom liked me better. At least she told me such. Oh, what could have been.

Looking forward to hearing these stories. We met l-o-n-g before cruising was available to the general public (high school in the 60's), so we won't have this romantic encounter.Big Smile
