This person can't be for real. There is no way she could be that unhappy with Crystal. Staff is fabulous...and I mean fabulous. I've never seen a fly, let alone rats. Food is very good and the bar is great. During the holidays there is a very good kids program, otherwise very few kids. This is fiction!

I have never been on a Crystal ship. However, I've seen them in Alaska. From just looking from the dock, I cast doubt on this post.
