Almost total disappointment, should improve activities, have more organization regarding trips, employees should be more targeted and be kinder. All I can say, excelled on this cruise were the employees at dinner (waiters) were very friendly and accommodating. But for me overall I give it a three out of 10. I took this cruise line the route he had, which included Turkey, Egypt, Israel, and some of Greece, but at the last moment was changed, and I had no time to change the cruise and so I took it, but already knowing another cruise line had done with them and knew it was not great, this time was too disappointing.

Thanks for taking the time to translate your review. When it comes to the employees (crew), it is unfortunate but something you can experience on any ship. Just keep in mind the crew works long shifts and for many days without time off. Also, just like the rest of us experience from time to time, they may just be having a bad day(s). Bon Voyage.....

Very true. I made as 13 cruises from Alaska, Canada, Caribbean, North Europe, Mediterranean, Africa, Asia and this was my worst experience. I hope to have better luck on my next adventure

I've been to fully European cruises, and they are something different, but this was the worst. Regarding the tour, I had to cancel all, and re-buy them, and even then was credited, this made to cancel the account to use one day. Tours in Spanish, difficult and very few English. There was a lot of misinformation on the part of those responsible for the tours and not very friendly. I had to make two tours on my own, and I think that's the best you can do when these problems occur.
