Chair Hogs!

I just read an interesting question on Facebook about "Chair Hogs". Carnival has a chair hog policy but I don't know about other cruise lines. What would you do? Someone put theirs stuff down on the deck chairs and leave for hours. 1. Walk on by and say nothing. 2. Bring it to the chair hog's attention. 3. Let the ship staff know about it. 4. Move the stuff and sit down.

It never ceases to amaze me what some people think they are entitled to on a cruise ship.

They honestly believe that because THEY are on vacation, everyone should cater to them.

Not just staff, everyone !

Now that's funny BAK61.
All of the lines have chog rules. Whether or not they're enforced is something else. I have seen fights break out over someone's stuff being moved. Better to ask a staff member to move it. The best was when one guy got all bent out of shape because someone took his lounge. He said he had put his stuff on the chair in the morning, right before he got off the ship for his excursion ! And boy was he pissed off. I was nearby laughing at the whole exchange.
