We have...Royal Caribbean and Celebrity! We just booked our second cruise for next year, which will be ending days before my birthday, so it's my birthday cruise! My niece is going on a birthday cruise next year as well (and I will be going with her), but she doesn't know it yet! Both are on Royal Caribbean, on ships I've never been on (but have seen in port).

Sorry it wasn’t your cup of tea! However, it appears that you found the cruise line that fits! That’s one of best things about cruising, there is probably something that fits everyone’s style.

I remember the Holiday! It was my first cruise with Carnival. Sadly, I was not a fan of it. I was a kid on the ship and to me, it seemed like a floating Las Vegas. All they had planned for the kids was ice cream parties.....which can get a bit much.

Years later, we went on the Triumph, which was fabulous! Great crew and great activities. It seemed like Carnival was heading in the right direction.

Years after that, we booked the Pride and hated it! My review is posted on the website. Sadly, I will not be cruising Carnival in the near future!

Nostalgic or what!! Thanks for sharing.
