I have a question regarding fun points that are transferred to purchases on the cruise. I "bought" gratuities paid and some onboard credit for my cruise next month. It doesn't show on my account on Carnival's website. I called the CC Company (Barclaycard) and they told me that the transactions were successful. I called Carnival and they said they don't see it in their system. Does anyone know how the timeline for this works? Will I not see it until I board the ship or is there a way to verify beforehand? Thanks!
