We also were on this cruise & saw from our balcony how they drained the hot tubs each night & refilled them every morning with fresh water...a good thing as you don't want to be in the same germy soupy water every day.
Agree about the pools though...would have been nice to go for a midnight swim but the staff would have to be there too probably.
