Canceling Cruise? Steps to Update History - Stop Emails

Good morning Community Members! I'm sorry some of you are canceling your cruises or have HAD your cruises canceled. A friendly reminder of how to remove these cruises from your cruise history, remove yourself from roll calls and stop auto-generated emails.

‹ To delete the cruise:

‹ Go to user-dashboard: https://cruiseline.com/user-dashboard

€ Select Cruises Tab

€ Select Delete (Trash Can Icon) next to cruises you wish to delete

€‹In addition, to stop receiving emails about your upcoming cruises you will need to unsubscribe.

If you would like to check or subscribe back to any emails in the future, here are the steps:

Go to your profile (your photo on the upper right hand of screen)

Select settings https://cruiseline.com/settings/profile

Select Email Tab

Make Selections and

Please make sure to select save changes button

‹Finally, to unsubscribe to your roll call:

€‹Go to https://cruiseline.com/rollcall

€‹Find your roll call and select link Remove me from this rollcall

Hi @WeCruiseToo that is how it should work however I've noticed sometimes it is not updating all areas. I wanted to cover all bases. I'm testing to make sure it is working as expected. Thanks!

I enjoy using both Cruiseline.com and the Ship Mate app. I’ve only had to change/cancel a couple of cruises over the years, but I seem to recall just hitting Remove for the cruise in question under My Cruises on the app and it updated all those things in Cruiseline.com automatically. Love the integration! Happy
