Can not add cruise history

Can not add cruise history.

When I click the link it takes me to my profile.

This has been discussed several years ago. Is it still not fixed?

Sadly, the Shipmate app and this website do not have synergy.

If you have the app, add your history there, and it'll show up on the website for certain.

I was just able to add the March 2022 - Celebrity Equinox to Caribbean - Southern trip to my profile by clicking the [ADD CRUISE] button. Is that the link you were talking about?

At the top of the profile page there is a link

" Update your cruise history "

Do not have the app

Haven't had that problem since I decided long ago it just wasn't worth the effort. Not particularly into badges and s/a ranks and so on. However, if you scan down to the bottom of the home page you'll find a "contact us" link...send em an email. I HAVE found they reply promptly (usually within a day at most) and try to be helpful. 1. Go to sailing.

2. Add the cruise line, ship and year sailed.

PS. YOU NEED THE APP ON IPHONE OR ANDROID!

I usually add them through the app. Just go to "Explore", then "Explore Ships". From there you will be asked to select the cruise line for the ship you want to add. Next find the ship. Select it, and then you will be asked what year your cruise is. Select the appropriate one, and now you will be asked to select the month, followed by the date. Select "Add Cruise" and you should be all set.
